On 13 October 2023 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Dawn Michelle Garnham from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants for two years effective from 5:00 pm on 27 October 2023.
