On 2 November 2023, a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Simon James Nugus from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services to people with disability for a period of two (2) years effective from 2 November 2023.
