Compliance and enforcement actions

On 19 March 2024 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Ryan Michael Daley from the provision of NDIS-funded supports or services to any National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participant for a period of two (2) years effective from 5pm on 20 March 2024.  

This banning order was varied on 20 March 2026 under Section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

The order further prohibits Ryan Michael Daley from: 

• Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support or supports under a Participant’s Plan, and 
• Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any service or services under a Participant’s Plan.

This variation takes effect on 23 March 2026 at 5:00pm for a period of 18 months and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
