Compliance and enforcement actions

On 27 October 2025 a Compliance Notice was issued to Life Without Barriers, operating under ABN 15101252171 under section 73ZM (1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Life Without Barriers, to take certain action to address non-compliance with the requirements under the Schedule 1, Part 5 clause 26A of the Provider Registration and Practice Standards Rules 2018.
