Compliance and enforcement actions

On 7 August 2021, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and (iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Lisa Wilson, from being involved in the provision of supports and services, directly or indirectly, to people with disability for a period of 5 years, effective from 5:00 pm on 9 August 2021.
