On 29 August 2025, a notice to refuse the application to be a registered NDIS Provider was issued to Crescent Respite Facility Pty Ltd. on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner reasonably believes Crescent Respite Facility Pty Ltd is not complying with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018 (NDIS Code of Conduct) as a Code-covered person and therefore, is not suitable to be involved in the provision of supports or services for which Crescent Respite Facility Pty Ltd has sought registration to provide.

The refusal was made pursuant to section 73E(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. 

The refusal will take effect 5.00pm AEST on 12 September 2025.
