Compliance and enforcement actions

In accordance with sections 73P(1)(a) and 73P(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, Sigma SDA Management Pty Ltd can no longer operate as registered NDIS provider, including providing specialist behaviour support, specialist disability accommodation, plan management services, any class of support or service to a person whose NDIS plan is managed by the NDIA and implementing regulated restrictive practices.

The revocation decision was made on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner:
• Reasonably believes that Sigma SDA Management Pty Ltd has contravened, or is proposing to contravene, section 73J of the NDIS Act by failing to comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Worker Screening requirements, and
• Was no longer satisfied that Sigma SDA Management Pty Ltd is suitable to provide supports or services to people with disability.

The revocation takes effect from 5:00pm AEST on 12 September 2025, across all states and territories of Australia.
