On 22 November 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jodi Genevieve Selina Dunn from providing disability supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS funded participants for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm on 5 December 2023.
