On 11 January 2023, a banning order was issued under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting David Anyoun Manyok-Thiak from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services to people with disability for a period of 10 years, effective from 5.00 pm on 19 January 2023.
