On 2 October 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Pradeep Divakar from being involved, either directly or indirectly, in the provision of NDIS supports or services to people with disability, effective from 5pm on 2 October 2023.
