Compliance and enforcement actions

On 3 October 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2A) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Australian Quality Care & Support Pty Ltd from being involved in the provision of NDIS supports and services to people with disability, at any time that Andreas Gerasimos Strepelias has authority or responsibility for (or significant influence over) planning, directing or controlling the activities of Australian Quality Care & Support Pty Ltd. The banning order takes effect from 5pm on 20 October 2023.
