On 26 October 2022, a banning order was issued under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Paul Beaumont from being involved in the provision of supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of two (2) years, effective from 5:00 pm on 3 November 2022.
