On 2 February 2023, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(1)(b)(i) and 73ZN(1)(b)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Tejas Patel (Tejaskumar Ghanshyambhai Patel) from providing supports and services to NDIS participants for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm on 9 February 2023.
