On 28 July 2023, a banning order was made under sections 73ZN(2)(a)(i) and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) prohibiting Adrian Bembrick for a period of five (5) years, effective from 5:00pm on 11 August 2023, from being involved, directly or indirectly, in the provision of any activities related to the management of NDIS plan funds; and holding a key personnel role, as defined under section 11A of the NDIS Act, with any NDIS provider.
