On 13 May 2026, a variation was made to the banning order issued under section 73ZO(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Mr Rahul Chouhan from being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where he is responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants under the age of 18; and Prohibited from engaging in activities from providing supports and services to female persons with disability in the NDIS, without the presence of another support worker or supervisor on duty”.
The order takes effect at 5pm on 20 May 2026.
