    Enable Occupational Therapy in Mental Health Pty Ltd must cease all activities associated with registration as a registered NDIS provider and must not represent itself as a registered NDIS provider, as at the date the revocation takes effect. 

    Enable Occupational Therapy in Mental Health Pty Ltd will no longer be able to provide supports and services to any NDIS participant whose plan is managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency. It will also no longer be able to provide supports and services that require registration as set out in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018, such as: 

    • the provision of specialist behaviour support services, 

    • the provision of supports and services involve the likely implementation of restrictive practices,

    • the provision of specialist disability accommodation, and

    • the provision of supports and services related to NDIS plan funding management

    Details: Revocation of registration made on the ground of contraventions of the NDIS Code of Conduct (Rules) 2018. 

    Date of effect: 16 February 2026

    Further information: The revocation of registration was made on the grounds of contraventions of the NDIS Code of Conduct (Rules) 2018, specifically:

    • Section 6(1)(c) by “failing to provide supports and services in a safe & competent manner with care and skill”; and
    • Section 6(1)(f) by “failing to take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against, and exploitation, neglect and abuse of people with disability.
