Compliance and enforcement actions

On 15 August 2025 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Mr Lakhvir Singh from engaging in, providing, or being involved in the provision of specified activities, supports or services in the NDIS system.

This order restricts Mr Singh for a period of one (1) year from engaging in activities relating to the provision to any NDIS Participant of any supports and services (whether paid or unpaid) under a Participant’s Plan without the presence of another support worker or supervisor on duty.

This Order takes effect on 5 September 2025 at 5.00pm AEST for a period of one (1) year and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
