On 11 July 2025 a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the NDIS Act of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Toran Zennith Cavanagh from
1.Being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where they deliver NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants; and
2.Having contact with NDIS participants as part of the provision of NDIS supports or services.
In this instance:
Contact includes physical contact, face to face contact, oral communication, written communication and electronic communication.
This Order takes effect on 21 July 2025 at 5.00 pm AEST and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
