Compliance and enforcement actions

On 28 November 2025, NDIS provider Minka Blue Pty Ltd was issued a Compliance Notice Variation under section 73ZM(4) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 in relation to possible non-compliance with the section 73J of the NDIS Act and the NDIS Practice Standards. The Compliance Notice remains in force until 5:00pm on 5 December 2025.
