Compliance and enforcement actions

On 30 September 2025, a compliance notice originally issued to Disability Services Australia Limited on 15 July 2025 was varied under section 73ZM(4) National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, granting a variation to the due date for five (5) deliverables in the compliance notice.

The variation also resulted in removing one deliverable that required the provider to report to the NDIS Commission evidence of the success of a program called One Scope in ensuring consistent and current participant medication records.  The compliance notice had required the provider to report this information by 6 October 2025.
