Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 July 2025, two compliance notices were issued to Prime Disability Support under section 73ZM(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The notices require Prime Disability Support to take certain actions to address non-compliance with Section 73J of the NDIS Act 2013, specifically around failures to comply with the requirements of Section 73F(2)(c) and provisions of the Restrictive Practices Rules and the Reportable Incident Rules.
