Compliance and enforcement actions

On 2 July 2025, a compliance notice was issued to Araluen Centre Pty Ltd under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner reasonably believes that Araluen Centre Pty Ltd has contravened section 73F(1)(c) of the NDIS Act by allegedly failing to comply with a condition of registration relating to the notification of reportable incidents.  

The notice requires Araluen Centre Pty Ltd to take certain action to address non‐compliance with section 73F of the NDIS Act.
