Compliance and enforcement actions

On the 26 June 2025 a compliance notice was issued to Embrace Community Care Pty Ltd. 

The notice requires Embrace Community Care Pty Ltd to take certain actions to address possible non-compliance with clauses 10 and 22 of Schedule 1 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 (Practice Standards Rules) and sections 6(c) and 6(f) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Code of Conduct) Rules 2018.
