Compliance and enforcement actions

On 29 January 2026 a banning order was made under sections 202B and 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jacinta Jane Spencer from:

• Being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where you are responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants; and 

• Having unsupervised contact with NDIS participants as part of the provision of NDIS supports or services. 

This banning order is for a period of four (4) years effective from 5:00pm ACDT on 12 February 2026. 

This banning order operates across all states and territories of Australia.
