  • In force: Banning order - from 5pm 12 Feb 2026 - to 5pm 12 Feb 2030

    Jason Maurice BROWNE

    COOLOONGUP WA 6168

On 29 January 2026 a banning order was made under section 73ZN (2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Jason Maurice Browne from:

    • Being engaged, or otherwise employed, in any role where you are solely responsible for the provision of any NDIS supports or services to NDIS participants; and

    • Having contact with NDIS participants as part of the provision of NDIS supports or services.

    In this instance:

    • Contact includes physical contact, face to face contact, oral communication, written communication and electronic communication.

The banning order takes effect for a period of four (4) years effective from 5:00pm (AWST) 12 February 2026 and operates across all states and territories of Australia.

The banning order was made on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner reasonably believes that Jason Maurice Browne is not suitable to provide supports and services to people with disability, having regard to an NDIS Worker Screening exclusion and criminal history records.
