Enable Occupational Therapy in Mental Health Pty Ltd cannot operate as a registered NDIS provider for a period of 30 days. Effective from 5:00PM on 14 January 2026 until 13 February 2026. This includes providing specialist behaviour support, specialist disability accommodation, plan management services, any class of support or service to a person whose NDIS plan is managed by the NDIA and implementing regulated restrictive practices.

The suspension of registration was based on section 73N(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act).
