On 16 June 2025, a compliance notice was issued to Rays of Sunshine Carers’ Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Rays of Sunshine Carers’ Pty Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with sections 20 and 21 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018.
