    On 12 June 2025, a banning order was made under 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Tanika Kristan Bromley from being involved in providing NDIS supports or services to NDIS funded participants. Specifically, Tanika Bromly is prohibited from providing supports and services, directly or indirectly, to NDIS-funded participants, including but not limited to: 

    • engaging in activities that a member of the key personnel of a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider would undertake, to the extent that those activities relate to NDIS supports or services;
    • engaging in activities that would be undertaken by a consultant for a NDIS provider, to the extent that those activities relate to NDIS supports or services;
    • engaging in activities that would be undertaken by an auditor for a NDIS provider, to the extent that those activities relate to NDIS supports or services;
    • engaging in activities in a non-service and non-support delivery role for a NDIS provider, to the extent that those activities have a direct effect on the provision of NDIS funded supports or services to people with disability in the NDIS;
    • engaging in the provision or management of NDIS supports, services or funding to people with disability in the NDIS.

     

    The banning order takes effect on 13 June 2025 at 5:00pm (AEST) for a period of six (6) months and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
