On 25 May 2026, a decision was made to revoke Territory Care Plus’s NDIA registration under 73P of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). 

The revocation will take effect at 5.00 pm ACST on 1 June 2026 and operates across all States and Territories of Australia
