Compliance and enforcement actions

On 11 May 2026, a compliance notice was issued to Aussie Life Care Australia Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). The notice requires Aussie Life Care Australia Pty Ltd to take certain action to address non-compliance with section 73J of the NDIS Act due to failing to comply with a condition of registration, specifically section 73F(2)(c), a condition that the person comply with all applicable standards and other requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards. The compliance notice relates to NDIS Practice Standards for mealtime management (cl 26A), risk management (cl 10), quality management (cl 11), human resource management (cl 15).
