Compliance and enforcement actions

On 27 May 2025, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Reaching Out Services Pty Ltd under sections 73P(1)(b) and 73P(1)(e) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The revocation takes effect from 5:00pm AEST on 3 June 2025 across all States and Territories of Australia.
