Compliance and enforcement actions

On 23 May 2025, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Nandish Services Pty Ltd t/a Safe Hands / Beeu Support Coordination, under section 73P(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The revocation takes effect from 5:00pm AEST on 6 June 2025 across all States and Territories of Australia.
