Compliance and enforcement actions

On 26 May 2025, a compliance notice was issued to Lifestyle Solutions (Aust) Limited under section 73ZM(1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires Lifestyle Solutions (Aust) Limited to take certain actions to address possible non-compliance with Schedule 1, Part 2 (of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standard) Rules 2018 (Practice Standard Rules).
