Compliance and enforcement actions

On 28 May 2025, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(i) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, restricting Renee Disisto from the following activities:

• providing or personally being involved in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any support or supports under a participant’s plan; or
• engaging in any work or providing or performing any supports or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider.

The banning order is effective on 6 June 2025 at 9:00am ACST for a period of two (2) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
