On 27 April 2026, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Kk Moven Pty Ltd under section 73P(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.

The revocation takes effect from 12 May 2026.

The revocation was issued on grounds that a Delegate of the Commissioner has formed a reasonable belief that Kk Moven Pty Ltd is no longer suitable to provide supports or services to people with disability, having regard to the out of cycle audit outcome.
