Compliance and enforcement actions

On 18 March 2025 a conditional banning order was made under Section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, this order permits and restricts Lisa Robson from the following activities:

Permitted Activities:

1. May provide the following supports only to their existing clientele:

• Daily personal activities as defined in the NDIS Support Catalogue;

• Community access and social participation activities;

• Non-clinical daily living support.

Prohibited Activities:

2. Must not:

• Provide any high intensity daily personal activities as defined in Schedule 2 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018;

• Engage in any clinical care activities, including but not limited to medication administration or management;

• Provide care for any clientele with a mealtime management or behaviour support plan in place.

The banning order is effective from 5:00pm AEST on 28 March 2025 for a period of five (5) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
