Compliance and enforcement actions

On 30 April 2026, NDIS Provider YES WE CAN DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD was issued with a compliance notice under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). 

YES WE CAN DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD is required to take action to address potential non-compliance with regard to:

Section 9(2) of the NDIS (Restrictive Practices and Behaviour Support) Rules 2018.

The compliance notice was issued on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner was aware of information that suggests YES WE CAN DISABILITY SERVICES PTY LTD may be contravening section 73J of the NDIS Act, by failing to comply with conditions of registration relating to the authorisation of regulated restrictive practices.
