On 9 April 2025, a compliance notice was issued to MMT Care Pty Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The notice requires MMT Care Pty Ltd to take certain action to address non-compliance with Section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (the Reportable Incidents Rules).
Please note security patches and the July release will be deployed between 8pm 12 July and 2am 13 July for multiple systems.
