Compliance and enforcement actions

On 23 May 2025, a suspension notice was issued to Jaideep Singh, suspending their registration, effective from 28 May 2025, and will cease on 6 June 2025 at 5:00pm AEST across all States and Territories of Australia. 

The suspension of registration was based on section 73N(1)(a) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
