On 1 December 2025, a banning order originally issued on 7 March 2025 was varied under section 73ZO (1) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. The banning order prohibits Mukundbhai Parekh from being engaged in the following NDIS supports or services:
1. Provide, be involved or assist in the provision of, to any NDIS participant, any support or services under a participant’s plan.
This variation takes effect 5pm AEDT on 1 December 2025 until 21 March 2026 and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
