    On 28 October 2024, a compliance notice was issued to Nulsen Group Ltd under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

    The notice requires Nulsen Group Ltd to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with Section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (the Reportable Incidents Rules).
