Compliance and enforcement actions

First Care Choice Pty Ltd is required to take action to address potential non-compliance, including to undertake a review of its human resources management and incident management systems and processes, and develop a corrective action plan to address identified non-compliance. First Care Choice Pty Ltd is required to provide the NDIS Commission with a report detailing the findings of its review within 90 days of the notice being issued including details of how they will develop, implement and review corrective actions.

Date and time of effect: 5:00pm on 15 March 2026

‘NDIS Participant’ means a participant within the meaning of section 9 of the NDIS Act;

‘NDIS Provider’ means an NDIS Provider within the meaning of section 9 of the NDIS Act;

‘Participant’s Plan’ means a plan within the meaning of section 9 of the NDIS Act.
