    On 20 March 2026 a permanent banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Laurence Stephen CROCKER from engaging in the following activities: 

    a. Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS Participant, of any support or supports under a Participant’s plan; 

    b. Provide or be involved or assist in the provision, to any NDIS participant, of any service or services under a Participant’s Plan; and 

    c. Making, preparing, submitting or assisting with any claim, invoice or request for payment to the NDIA in relation to any supports or services provided under a Participant’s Plan. 

    NDIS Participant means a participant within the meaning of s 9 of the NDIS Act; 

    NDIS Provider means an NDIS Provider within the meaning of s 9 of the NDIS Act; 

    Participant’s Plan means a plan within the meaning of s 9 of the NDIS Act. 

    This permanent banning order takes effect on 5:00pm on 24 March 2026 and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
