Compliance and enforcement actions

On 11 February 2025, a compliance notice was issued to SDA CARE PTY LTD under s73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (the NDIS Act).

The notice requires SDA CARE PTY LTD. to take certain action to address non-compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018. 

All actions required under the compliance notice are to be completed within 8 weeks of issue of notice.
