On 4 March 2026 variation banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) and section 73ZO of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 permanently prohibiting Ndorera Patrick Mazigamwa from being involved in the provision of supports or services to NDIS participants. The banning order prohibits Ndorera Patrick Mazigamwa from:

• Engage in any work or provide or perform any service or services (whether paid or unpaid), for or on behalf of any NDIS Provider, which may occasion any personal contact between you and an NDIS Participant .

This order takes effect at 5.00pm AEST on 6 February 2026 and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
