    On 18 August 2025, a decision was made pursuant to section 100 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act) to vary the banning order made on 18 February 2025. The banning order continues to remain in effect for a period of 5 years from 5:00pm on 24 February 2025 however the decision to make a banning order is now made pursuant to section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii), and section 73ZN(2)(b) of the NDIS Act. 

    This banning order prohibits Mr Mohammad Edelbi, from engaging in the following activities:

    1. creating invoices (regardless of the basis on which the person is engaged by the provider); or
    2. the lodgement of invoices for any kind of claims for or other payments of any kind on behalf of any other person; or
    3. the lodgement of any kind of claim for, or the calculation of entitlement to, or other financial benefit or payment of any kind on behalf of any other person; or
    4. access to any kind of funds or financial instruments used by the provider to make payments for goods or services of any kind; or
    5. access of any kind to funds or financial instruments held by or for the benefit of any person to whom the provider provides supports and services.

    This order takes effect at 5:00pm AEST on 18 August 2025 until 5:00pm AEST on 23 February 2030 and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
