Compliance and enforcement actions

On 7 February 2025, a compliance notice was issued to People’s First Choice Australia Pty Ltd under section 73ZM(1)(b) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

The notice requires People’s First Choice Australia Pty Ltd to take certain actions to address possible non-compliance with Schedule 1, Part 3 (of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standard) Rules 2018 (Practice Standard Rules).
