    On 6 February 2025, a compliance notice was issued to Compassion and Power Ministry Services (NT) Pty Ltd (CPMS) under section 73ZM of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. 

    The notice requires CPMS to take certain action in order to address non-compliance with Section 20 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018 (the Reportable Incidents Rules) and section 13 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Practice Standards – Worker Screening) Rules 2018 thereby contravening section 73J of the NDIS Act.
