Compliance and enforcement actions

On 5 February 2025, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to The Foot Specialist Australia Pty Ltd under sections 73P(1)(a) and 73P(1)(d) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.  

The revocation takes effect from 5pm AEDT on 21 February 2025.
