Compliance and enforcement actions

On 18 November 2024, a banning order was made under section 73ZN(2)(a)(iii) of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 prohibiting Nirmeen Noufl from: 

1. engaging in any activities related to the provision of services or supports to NDIS participants.

This order takes effect on 26 November 2024 at 5:00pm for a period of three (3) years and operates across all States and Territories of Australia.
